How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–11 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery time of 9–13 business days from purchase.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds are credited back to your original payment method.
