Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1 / UTC+01:00) are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.

You can use this tracking number on our Order Tracking page to follow your shipment.

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement.


Courier Services

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, please contact us at support@eclavies.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

If a package is not accepted upon delivery or is not collected from a postal pickup location within the carrier’s holding period, the package may be returned to sender.

In such cases, Eclavies reserves the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs of up to EUR 20 from the final refund amount where permitted by applicable law.


Tracking Issues

In some cases, shipping carriers may require 1–2 business days to update tracking information after dispatch.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
