These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the website www.eclavies.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these terms.

The products offered comply with applicable Norwegian and European legislation. Each product is accompanied by a detailed product description.

  1. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated during the checkout process. Eclavies reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  1. Orders

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. Once confirmed, the order is acknowledged by email. Eclavies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or suspected fraud.

  1. Payment

Payments are processed securely through providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or credit/debit card. The customer confirms that they have the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates and vary depending on the destination country. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Eclavies shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, except where exclusions apply (e.g., personalized or unsealed hygiene products). The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full procedures. The customer is informed of the applicable terms and conditions before initiating a return.

  1. Warranties

All products are covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, as provided under applicable Norwegian and European consumer protection law.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Norwegian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Norway.
